I’m prepping for the Helix class next week and as I was sawing the blanks for the legs, I realized that I had a great opportunity to share the journey from board to rived turning blank. In my recent Fine Woodworking article and videos here on Substack, I shared a lot of the concepts as well as process, but sometimes that level of information can muddy the waters a bit. This is a very simple process.
