Peter, I’m looking forward to your series on drill bits. After watching you do this three times in class and I played with this on my own and ended up with some bits that gave me great results. Unfortunately I don’t do it often enough and have to figure it out again each time. It looks like you have moved away from using Brad points? I’m curious about that. Looking forward to seeing the new shop this summer!
The shop continues to look better and better. I can’t wait to see it in person! I’m also interested in the drill bit series. I’ve watched you do it several times, have decent notes and videos, but haven’t been able to get it into my workflow. It’s time.
Thank you for all of your teaching and for creating such a wonderful space for our learning! The wood turning class last weekend was a great way to open it up!
I am anxiously anticipating this series on bits as well! Your shop looks amazing - such beautiful light. I can only imagine how inspiring it is to be there! Cheers!

Pete you described me perfectly. Thanks for taking this topic slowly. I look forward to every word.
I have literally spent my afternoon in the machine shop at college testing different geometries on Bismarck style bits. Can't wait for this series !

Yep, not having time to clip your fingernails puts you on the top tier of busyness.
For me it's that and getting a timely haircut.
When you showed how to make these, it was one of the great, “ahah!” moments of class!
